Description:
Water Valley Hops is a small hop producer northwest of Calgary. The oldest rhizomes in the yard were planted in the spring of 2016. Along with hops, Nick has been exploring other botanicals for brewing and distilling such as agastache, caraway, coriander, dill, lemon balm and mint.
